Elemis uses marine extracts and botanical ingredients in their formulations. These are well-made products that feel and smell noticeably different from generic massage oils.
The hot stones deliver warmth deep into muscle tissue, not just on the surface. This helps release tension that normal massage pressure alone struggles to shift.
The salt scrub physically removes dead skin and leaves everything feeling smooth and soft. It is a noticeable difference from just applying moisturiser.
These are not rushed treatments. The pace, the products, and the techniques are all designed to let you properly switch off while getting real physical benefit.
For hot stone treatments, heated basalt stones are placed on your body and used to massage with. The warmth goes deep into the muscle, which helps release tension more effectively than hands alone. It is a very soothing feeling. Deep tissue massage is firmer and more targeted. We work into knots and chronic tension areas, and you can tell us at any point if you want more or less pressure. The salt scrub is a full body exfoliation that leaves your skin feeling genuinely smooth, not just moisturised on top. All the treatments use Elemis products, which have a marine and botanical base and smell good without being overpowering. Most people leave feeling noticeably looser and calmer than when they arrived.
The combination of heat and pressure from the stones reaches deeper into the muscle than a standard massage. If you carry a lot of tension, it makes a noticeable difference.
Whether it is a scrub or an oil-based treatment, your skin comes out feeling softer and looking healthier. The effects last a few days.
