We will discuss realistic expectations and put together a treatment plan. AesPlla works gradually, so you will not walk out looking dramatically different on day one. The treatment area is cleansed and marked for precise placement. Using fine needles, we inject the PLLA solution into targeted areas, usually the mid-face, temples, and jawline. You will feel small injections with slight pressure. The process takes around 45 minutes. Afterwards, you may notice some temporary swelling or fullness that settles within a few days. The real results develop over 2 to 4 months as your body builds new collagen. Most people need 2 to 3 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart.
