We start by talking through where you want the piercing and what jewellery options are available. We will look at your ear shape and suggest the best position for the look you want and for proper healing. The area is cleaned and marked, and you get to check the placement before we go ahead. The piercing itself takes a second. Most people describe it as a sharp pinch and then it is done. We use single-use equipment and hypoallergenic starter jewellery to keep the risk of infection and reactions low. Afterwards, we walk you through exactly how to care for it at home and can book a follow-up to check everything is healing as it should.
The actual piercing takes a second. The whole appointment, including consultation and aftercare guidance, is about 30 minutes.
