We start by discussing which areas bother you and what you are hoping to improve. It should feel intense but not painful, and we will check in with you on pressure. The Targeted Toning Tightener involves focused work on specific areas like thighs, hips, or stomach. The Thousand Flower Detox Wrap is different in feel. You are wrapped in botanical products and left to rest while your skin absorbs them, which most people find very relaxing. You may notice warmth and tingling during treatment as circulation improves. Many people see a visible difference in tightness and puffiness straight away.
