We start by discussing which areas bother you and what you are hoping to improve. The treatment usually begins with dry body brushing to get the lymphatic system moving, then we apply the Elemis cellulite and detox products. The massage is firm and quite vigorous in places, working to break down fatty deposits and get blood flowing to stubborn areas. It should feel intense but not painful, and we will check in with you on pressure. The Targeted Toning Tightener involves focused work on specific areas like thighs, hips, or stomach. The Thousand Flower Detox Wrap is different in feel. You are wrapped in botanical products and left to rest while your skin absorbs them, which most people find very relaxing. You may notice warmth and tingling during treatment as circulation improves. Many people see a visible difference in tightness and puffiness straight away.
Most people notice tighter skin and less puffiness after the first session. The area being treated often looks visibly smoother when you get off the bed.
