You will see a difference straight away, though the final result settles in over one to two weeks once swelling goes down. Results last six to twelve months.

Your consultation starts with an assessment of your lip shape, facial proportions, and what you are hoping to achieve. We will talk through the different options and put together a plan. The area is cleaned and usually numbed with topical anaesthetic. Using ultra-fine needles, we inject dermal filler along the lip border and body, building volume gradually and symmetrically. You will feel slight pressure and pinching, but most people find it very manageable. For techniques like Russian lips, we use layering methods to create more height and projection. The treatment takes 30 to 60 minutes depending on what is being done. Expect temporary swelling and possibly some bruising afterwards. The swelling settles over one to two weeks, at which point you will see the final result.
We can address asymmetry, thin lips, age-related volume loss, or fix results from previous treatments. Filler dissolution is also available if needed.
Russian lips, baby Russians, and other approaches are available depending on the shape and style you are after.
If you change your mind or are not happy, hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved. That flexibility is part of what makes lip filler a low-risk option.
