What to expect during your Massage Treatments


We will ask about any areas of tension or pain before you get on the heated massage table. The therapist starts with broader, warming movements and then works into specific problem areas with more pressure. You can ask for more or less pressure at any point. With aromatherapy massage, essential oils are used alongside the massage, and the scent adds to the relaxation. Pregnancy massage uses positions and techniques that are safe and comfortable for expectant mothers. Most people find they drift off or go very quiet during the treatment, which is completely fine. Afterwards you might feel a bit drowsy, which is normal. Your muscles will feel looser and you should sleep well that night.
