Your appointment starts with a consultation about your skin history, current concerns, and anything you're already using. We then examine the skin under specialised lighting and may use imaging technology to pick up things that aren't obvious to the naked eye — underlying sun damage, developing pigmentation, hydration levels, and texture issues. We look at skin type, oiliness, dehydration, congestion, signs of ageing, and overall skin health, and take photographs for comparison and progress tracking. The whole assessment takes around 30 minutes. Afterwards, we talk through what we've found — what's actually happening with your skin and why — then put together a realistic treatment plan with suggested products and an honest timeline for results. It removes the guesswork from everything that comes next.
